Please stop using hosted images, I.E. Photobucket
Photo posting and hosted images.
Right, posting of hosted images has to stop. The reason, a few months or weeks down the line, when the images have dissappeared off of the hosting site the forum will be a mess. We will be left with threads with horrible little red crosses everywhere instead of images of all your lovely motors. We have a fantastic up-loader on the site, and whats more, it means the images are there forever!!! 8) So here is a step by step (idiots guide, hey it must be, I can use it! ) to saving, re-sizing and posting your images.Step 1: I have found a fab re-sizer for XP here http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx If you don't have XP, use your usual re-sizer be it windows pictures or photoshop or whatever. Step 2: Create a folder on your desktop (Right Click, New folder )Step 3: If it's a web image you wish to post, right click on the image, save image as and save it to your new folder. If it's an image from your camera, save your images to your new folder. Then open up your new folder, select your image and then right click on it. Select image re-sizer and re-size to medium. Step 4: On evo net, type your message in the text box then scroll down, there you will see "add an attachment" press the browse button and a box will open for you to browse your PC. Open your new folder, select your re-sized image then press attach 8) You can attach 3 pics in one post, after you've selected your images press submit as usual! Hope this helps, please try to use the evo net up-loader as it will keep our forum much tidier. Cheers all :woohoo: 8)
