TYRE SWAP or P/X??? 225/40/18

I have a set of Pirelli snow sport tyre's 225/40/18 4 of them have got about 6 - 8mm tread on them & 1 is brand new.

They're all the same tread pattern & the used ones are worn evenly.

I need to swap or p/x them for a set of normal tyres of the same size.

Can anyone help me out?
