Because according to the Rays website, 18x8.5 only comes in +30 or +40:

Yes , The offset is +30. +30 is even a better offset fitment for the Evos.

Volk Carbon Fiber Center caps cost 40 each = 160

Rays's Light Weight Lug Nuts cost 25 each = 100

Tires cost 600

This entire package is only used for 3 weeks, Basically Brand New.
