I used to love playing CB tag. Basically a bunch of people with CB's in their vehicles, one would drive somewhere to hide and give a couple hints about where they were.
Others would be able to key up and ask questions and try to track down the signal and find the person who was "it". It was so much fun.
Don't know anyone with CBs really anymore though.

Any other games besides racing that people like to play with/in their cars?

yes just watching smoky & the bandit today and was telling my beloved about the old days when they were the big thing many moons ago.
