3rd party insurance and mods

Hi guys


Well I was thinking about 3rd party insurance and mods.

Am I right in thinking that you only get paid out if an accident is not your fault. The other insurance company pays the costs to fix your car. Correct? :-)

Well in that case do you have to declare all your mods? because if its your fault you wont get a penny but if its not your fault then the other insurance company will pay for your cars repair bill. (no win no fee and all that solicitor crap )

So can you get 3rd party insurance and go mod crazy :twisted:
