Who spends too much on their evo??

Ok, I want to know if it's just me ops:

I love my car, I would do anything for my evo. But sometimes I go just a little too far. If it's broke I replace it with better stuff. If it isn't broke I replace it with better stuff anyway, regardless of the cost.

I want the car to look perfect all the time, hence why a re-spray and wheel re-furb is next.

But, how in hell does everyone pay for this????

I've sold all the excess bits off of the car and a few more things besides!! By the time this round of work is done including the mapping I will have spent over £3500 this winter, the excess going on the dreaded credit card!!

Is it just me that throws money at these cars that we haven't got or do we all do it??

Do these cars encourage excessive spending? Your thoughts would be appreciated!

Put me out of my misery folks!

Well I have spent f*ck all on my car over the last few months (oh the joy of 605 )

But something tells me that the next few months are going to be very expensive i.e new evo , new wheels for evo, insurance for evo ,but I cant wait to spend the money

Well with the old evo I only just had enough money to maintain it , and no spare cash at all for mods that I wanted to do.

But with the next one I will have money to do things so I think I will enjoy it alot more.

I voted you only live once, that my motto for life :muhaha:

Yes these cars encourage over spending well they do in my experience but i think its worth it.

The ring trips along in my opinion, the difference from going to the ring in a standard car and then going again after spending a few thousand was amazing, totally different car and a lot more fun and safe! (brakes)

I try not to go in the red too often but pretty much all i earn goes on the house and cars.

Your not on your own whoosh!

Thanks Alric, I was starting to get a complex mate! Had the car nearly 3 years now, I've never spent so much money on a car in my life

Everything in the first post is so true :muhaha: :muhaha:

We seem to be spending all the time sometimes to fix and sometimes just for the hell of it :muhaha: but it gets bad when you times it by 3 cars    Coz Andy is just as bad

But what the heck.....you only live once and life is there to enjoy

Roll on the next set of mods I say
