Anyone remember Mark and Lard?

My god I used to absolutely love them and at the time I think they were the best thing on radio 1 , they were very very funny and I think that something has been missing from radio 1 since they left.
Guess they were a particular taste though.

I live with the radio on all the time and have done since a child [TV has never interested me much] Mark and Lard lit up the airwaves in the 90s' they were probably the best thing EVER on the radio, I can remember them on Manchester radio before R1 they were great then but the R1 days from 10 'til midnight were simply the finest of all the shows I have ever heard.

Still listen to mark on R2 occasionally and Lard on R6 but they called it a day with the double act and I only hope that they get back together again.

Fabulous stuff, used to have me aching with laughing, actual pain from it sometimes...

I wish they would get back together too.
They were a class act most definatly.
