Salsa
Evening all.
Has anyone done salsa dancing before? whats it like? I am going to my first salsa lesson tonight  and just wondered what to expect.Anyone????

bonjour..
i done salsa, when i was married .. used to go every monday evening it was quite energetic ... least it kept me slim ... now im lucky if i can manage the hooookey coookey.. :dancing: :dancing:

 @ fuglyWas a fantastic evening. such fun and yes very good keep fit. Better than going to the gym. I recommend it to everyone
