a man goes to the doctors and says "doctor i have a problem in my downstairs departmant"
the doctor says "drop your trousers lets take a look"
the man proceeds to take off his trousers and exposes a todger the size of a little finger.
the doctor bursts out laughing.
the man says "its not funny you know its been swollen like that all week"
