Farewell..

Hi all,

Just a quick post to say goodbye. As you all know by now Boostking is now the new administrator of Evo.net. It was time for me to step down.
Mainly due to work commitments and kind of falling out of love with the Evo :???:
Its been a great 5 years running Evo.net and 3 years of that as a club and forum.

I've met many many great people and some of which I would describe as my closest friends.
The laughs at campovers and nightouts before trackdays will remain in my fondest memories.

So where do I go from here? My Evo is for sale and I have some very strong interest from an MLR member so hopefully she will go this week.

The Integra is undergoing extensive work at RSE Motorsport (Thanks T and Andy for helping me out so many times since we have met - Utmost respect) for next years ring trips and trackdays. The NSX is staying put and I've got a cracking 406 estate for work

I would like to take this opportunity to wish Boostking the very best of luck running this place. I probably won't be about too much with other ventures taking priority over the coming months. Keep in touch via email if you wish: webmaster@driversbriefing.com

Evo MattVI - Haven't known Matt for long but has a heart of gold. Sacrificed so much to help run Evo.net.
Evo3Becs and Ben - We haven't always seen eye to eye but you have always shown commitment to Evo.net.
Alric - For being the most mature sub 25 year old ever. A true petrolhead.
Jonathan555 - Doesn't come on here much anymore but I would like to say thanks to him for pushing me to get this site to the next level.
J2 OXE - You crazy fool. Much love gay boy
Mark and Denise - Always willing to help and sacrifice their time and money for the benefit of members. Legends.
Waggy - For making me laugh on MSN. The bald legend.
Whoosh and Emma - Support from these two has been massive.. Thanks for helping me start this mad place and Pm's so many "potential" members
Wayne @ AMS - Top Evo guy with unbelievable ability with a spanner! Best of luck with AMS and rallying.
LeeB and Thorpedo - For putting in so much since they joined. You are appreciated.
BigRed - Maybe we never showed you how much we respected what you were doing. We did mate.
Yeo and Wasabi - For posting alternative views on car tuning, photography and generally being top foreign dudes. Respect.
EvolutionVIII - For creating the spanish section with little support from Admin. Best of luck mate.
MAW!! - For countless MSN conversations about random nothings and Ebay items.

And finally..
Massive thanks to the "3" Bbigman2000, JPO and V-Bird for raising the awareness of Evo.net through so many other forums when there were just a handful of posters onboard. Sometimes I didn't approve of your methods but we got there in the end!!

Dont know what to say really Baz , it seems mad that someone else is/has taken over from you.

All I can say really is thanks for setting up such a great evo website/forum , its brings many an hour of enjoyment to me for one.
