Bloody nightmare!!!!

I installed some new software about a week ago and it keeps locking out the internet... it is doing my head in, I can sometimes [1 out 10 times] then she just dies, this is the third time i have typed this only to be cut off when posting.. I have removed the software, run the 'go back 3 spaces thing im MS... etc etc... very fvcking fed up!!!

Nero Express... it makes labels for CDs...

Cant see that Nero would lock out the internet...?! :-?

Have you tried running Spybot or something similar to check for nasties on the machine?

Or adaware..

I have all the usual stuff... Zone Alarm, spybot, hijackshit!... you name it, even a reg cleaner... I disconnected everything and switched it off for an hour and I am here at the moment, but not sure for how long... I went to the Nero website and since that moment nothing has worked right... the CD maker thing is on a USB and my USBs just 'disappear'... from the computer.

When you connect the modem thingy it shows if you have put it in a USB, it blinks out when it wants to, just goes out and my connection disappears...

If in doubt.. Fresh install..
