Now you can all laugh at a dumb ass....

Yesterday i ported my wastegate again it all went well i think i found out why it did'nt cure the boost creep
as there was still a lip near the standard wastegate size hole so i sorted it and put it all
together again drove it for a while and all seem ok til i was driving from my sister's late last night a
clear dual carriage way so i thought right now's the time to give it the shit i flew up the slip lane without even hitting
a bar of boost til i heard a pop and lost all power and it would'nt go over 30 mph with turbo constanly on
so i manged to limp it home parked it on the garden so i looked under the hood to see that the pipe coming
from the intercooler had popped off but i am 100% sure i tighten the jubilee clip up. ops: ops:

Aw well you can all laugh at me. as it was'nt a big bucks job like i thought at first. ops: ops:

As you have made everyone aware of your mistake.

This is what we had via pm on Sunday morning

P.s i am numb nuts totally Crackup! i've ported the waste gate some more and i think i've done
it but on the way home i was playing and i thought i had blown
the engine. Embarassed Crackup! managed to limp it home to find out there was a pipe off the turbo. Embarassed Embarassed Embarassed Embarassed but i'm 100% sure i tightened it as i checked everthing to be sure. Shocked Shocked Embarassed Embarassed

Shouldn't take the mick out of him really.

He was a star yesterday, he stayed up here all day to help get the engine in the fiesta, and running after a few things had been connected ops:

And we now have more petrol in it so it shouldn't conk out down the road

Thanks Daz your a star
