Insurance.....???

Seeing as I'm going to get screwed for Insurance because of my age (nearly 21) any reccomendations for who to use? No one I can find will insure me til I'm 21 so i won't be buying one just yet... but probably goin 2 b a V or VI and probably a standard one to keep premium down (if i can find one!)
Also I have a Saxo VTR at the moment so once I'm used to the massive perfomance difference any reccomendations for performance upgrades? where to start? Better get some track days under my belt b4 i do much to it i think though.
