Hello from new member!!!

Hello everyone. Its a great site. Here i am, new to everything regarding sports cars. Few month back i sudenly became interested in sports cars. Since then i am trying to read and watch everything i can get my hands on. It is like a sickness of some kind. I am driving Opel Astra 1,8. Yes i know, people starts smiling. And everytime i drive it i become more and more bored with the road and driving itself. Well, that is why I am here.
I have one question though. I have made up my mind completely that I want the EVO!!! But the question is which one to buy? I couldn't find any sound article on comparison between EVO VI and VIII. I found everything regarding technical differences but that is not what i was looking for. If enyone driven both of them, could you please tell me what is the differences in handling of them. If it worth spending more money and geting EVO VIII or VI is just as good?
Thank you!!!

if you are after a rally legend go for the VI
if you have money and want a quick non flashy rally car, then the VIII is for you.
enjoy the site

Hi and

In general each version of the evo is faster and handles better. They have got heavier too though which means the feel different and some people love their 6 (the 7 onward is a taller, more comfortable car).

Have a look at bazza's guide if you've haven't already, and get out and try a couple, see which suits you. 8)

Like Dral says, try to get yourself a test drive in both models. It's the only way to decide what YOU prefer.

Whichever you end up with you will love it. All Evos

Keep us informed though
