help

hi ppl , i have just brought a evo 4 great car except 4 1 thing , when i go around a right hand corner i get a bad grinding noise,took it to a local garage they suggest its the wheel bearing,not convinced any ideas?well doing my head in.thanks

the noise is from the passenger rear i think

I think I have the same problem with my new evo 4, I think it has something to do with the yaw thingy at the back, its some sort of lubricant that needs to go in. It makes the noise if it runs out or has been left standing for a while. Apperently you can distribute the greasy stuff if you hammer it round the corners, but I have seriously tried that and I have come to the conclusion that it has run out. Mine is going to a evo garage tommorow so will let you know.

Its the AYC, Active something Control, although mine seems to make a noise which ever corner I go round, if yours is only on one side it may not be that.
