advice please

hello all, a bit of advise really. i have put my car up for sale (see for sale section) it has a few mods exhaust with de-act ,filter producing 312 bhp at the fly ,am looking for 10k as it stands. if a walboro fuel pump was fitted and get an ecutek done ,this should produce 350 bhp +.would there be interest at 10.5k or should i leave it how it is and the price it is.still a bargain as this car is lovely.any advice would be helpful

as you are selling the car anyway i would leave it alone now.

putting the price up may just make it harder to sell

already been there done that ops:

lasted 10 weeks and then got the tommi mak again
