max boost pressure for an EVO VI TME and various questions
hello,
I did a little search but did not find anything relevant so.... I've got a boost controler in my garage and I'd like to put it on my "soon-to-be-mine", fist of all because it has a turbo timer function. But it is a boost controller nonetheless so i'd like to know if I can boost up the pressure on a full stock motor/turbo. And if yes up to how much?I can also put down the pressure, what would be the prefect low pressure for long trips on highways or gentle cruising. |

hi im not to sure about the tme but think on the stock ecu maybe 1.3 bar.
but with a uprated ecu ie) (ECUTEK) or simular maybe 1.5-1.6 bar as a freind of mine as a tme engine turbo in is e4. with the mines ecu and it runs and handles 1.6 bar all day with no problems.. |

Hi!
On the Jap spec ones, the speed limiter is 180 Kph. Have u got a jap spec or the Euro spec?

Moreover I've heard some bad feebacks about the solidity of these cars. is it true or not, considering you do the servicing on a regular basis?

If it's a euro spec, then it's the RSII. It doesn't have climate control right? I don't think it has a speed limiter in that case, because the local delivery ones that we get here are the RSII as well, and my fren has it and it went 200kph+ ..

Does it have rear wiper? And does the speedo have both a MPH and KM/H reading?
