Japanese Performance Car Show 2005

Right had my final talk wit the organisers today and everything is sorted we even had some good news.

Our main show cars are going to be in the parade ring which according the the organiser is the posh part :muhaha:

so all guys who recieve the parade ring passes please make sure you cars are tip top for me

You can arrive as early as you want pretty much but the guys whos cars are in the ring thier cars must be in place by 9 am on each day and cannot leave until the show closes.

All types of bbq are allowed, they also have tea and burger vans etc incase the weather is bad.

I have sent out everyones passes that will be in the ring they should be with you soon.

Everyone else thats coming please make sure you have brought your tickets from www.chpltd.com by wednesday as i belive they are going to stop selling very soon.

I think that is everything if anyone has any questions pm me or put it up on here.

how many of us are taking bbq's cos we don't all need to bring one, or am I being a bit
we will get loads of grub in and can bring a bbq too.

we are bringing a big bbq and i think karl3 is bringing one but will have to confirm that one with him. there is what 10 of us plus partners not sure who is camping and who is not so i think maybe we have enough bbq's so if the others camping just bring some food along we will be sorted. Dont forget a few bevvies for saturday night. ( not too many mr wagster :muhaha: )

well bring yourself :muhaha: and i think we have bbqs sorted so you will just need to bring some food and drink with you babe. Got matt on the evo net banners and tina is bringing her gazeebo :muhaha: i cant think of much else really.
