Test tracks
I know there are some in the states here for when you want to race on a track, you can take your car there or rent one for a crazy price, are there places like this in international? I know there is some place in Germany that has, I think a yearly race than anyone can sign up for, but I cant quite remember the name of it.

yes m8 most tracks over here run what they call "trackdays".
quite cheap too.about £150 per day.
i think the one in germany you are on about is the ring.which strictly speaking isnt a track its a toll road.
but excellent all the same
