today I have been doing the same job for 11 years, and I am on a 22 year contract so halfway to retirement.

11 years left, I wish I had 11 years left I have more like 28 years.
Unless the kids leave home just after they are 18 so we can sell up and retire 8)
Fat chance of that if they follow Neil.
But if they follow me then only a max of 10 years left.
