I was grappling a few years ago and felt some strange sensation in my hand. We stopped and I got up, looked at my hand and loathe to admit it, my head swam and I nearly passed out. I didn't realise a thumb could do that, lol!!!

Hurt like bleedin buggery. :shock: :shock:

Having said that Ive had more injuries playing football than I ever got sparring etc. Wierd.

ive never done my thumb but i have dislocated my shoulder and yes it does bl**dy hurt like hell.
can i be in your club please .

hope it heals quick mate


i bent my little finger right back while doing handstands once. it stayed bent back so rather than go to hospital i flicked it back with my other hand, ...........hurt like mad and grow to the size of a orange within minutes..........do you think i can be a part of any club for that? :muhaha:
