Ported wastegate?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone can supply these pre-ported so as to guarantee none of that dreaded boost-creep?

Cheers
Martin

Here you go mate http://www.machv.com/motuho.html

All sorted and ported 8) i have heard that because of the larger flapper you may need to upgrade the actuator because the standard one is a bit pony for the job not to sure how true this is. Some say yes and others say no :???:
I have been thinking about the whole situation for a while now :???: if i take my turbo off and fit one of the above for that price and possibly an actuator, a couple of hundred quid more and can relace the turbo with a nice new better one with the problem already sorted. Eg 20g turbo. Or i could carry on with my original plan and dremel it and pay for nothing.

Cheers mate. Good point about the costing though. If a new actuator was actually needed that would add at least £100 to the cost. I believe the Forge ones are £120.

Was told the other day that a twin port actuator would solve creep but i dont think this applies to our cars

You only need to replace actuator if you enlarge hole under flapper which imho is not the problem if you look down the housing square on like air would as it leaves the manifold you cant see the wastegate port there is no reason why it will want to flow there. If you the look at the modification steve murch did to the tyrants turbo mlr thread here You will see he has cut a groove so the air flows down into the wastegate passage. This should eliminate the boost creep, I hope you can follow my explanation I never have been very good at explaining things cheers George
