battery relocation

when the motor comes back from the spray shop im wanting to mount a red top battery in the boot, i was wondering how much cable i would need for the run from the engine bay to the boot????

and preferably what gauge, after having a gander at merlin motorsport there is 15 and 25mm options

and has anyone else been as daft as me and done this?

battery relocated to the boot does look the bee's knee's. is it just like wiring an amp up to the boot i.e running a big live down to the boot. if it is to be on the safe side i would get about 3 - 3.5 meters u can always chop the wire. the cheapest place i have found that does the big thick power wire is maplins.

dont forget to hide all the wires in the engine bay aswel will make it look even better.
