Interior grease/wax !!!! help

hi everyone...

need so serious advice here... the previous owner of my car uses some interior grease/wax which made the interior looks black and shiny!! and i think it made it looked alot worst.....

can you guys tell me how can i remove them?? as damp cloth wont do the job....

WD40 will break it down but I aint sure it that wouold leave a similar effect behind. Apart from that just suck it and see as it should fade eventually.

windex its a window cleaner but will get the shinny dash back to how it was :-)

try methalated sprits use mutton cloth it will leave white fluff but you can see how much crap is coming off and hover the bit of when its dry

any window cleaner, stronger the better.
is the stuff on your dash just like back to black(u put on your tyres and other black bits on the car to make them shine). if it is then a good window cleaner will get this off.

i am not sure what it is... but it looks like it... i will give it a try tomorrow..
