Mods on my Evo 4

After having my evo for a week now i think its time to consider some mods not wanting to go over the top at minute , the cars totally standard, just wanting a bit noise to go with the speed (its very quiet compared to my skyline i traded in), was thinkin cat back exhaust(suggestions) will i lose a lot of torque??? and induction or is it best to keep standard airbox unless doing further mods???
