Upgrading the intercooler

will this make much of a difference on my BHP if i upgrade from the stock one?

No it wont really make any difference if youre runnin a std set up.You only really need to upgrade the intercooler if youre planning to run 450bhp plus as what most dont realise is that the std intercooler is good for at least 400bhp and anyone running less than 400bhp that that upgrades to a large one does it cos it looks good.

so what would be your recomendation instead, i havnt got too much money to spend at the min only £1000 for upgrades

Apart from the fact that if changing the cooler actually lowers the inlet temp at any bhp figure then it can only be better for the engine

forgot what make is of mine. looks cool though lol. Will let you know what I think. Its the same make as Whooshs though. Hes the man to Ask. Pete at Autofixed sells them if you fancy one mate.

i might just fit it and leave the bumper off dont think my 2 bumper will fit over it anyway. Am gettin a 3 one off Joel though so might be ok :-)
