CLUNKING NOISE FROM THE FRONT END HELP!!!!!

My car is a 8 and has still got 4 months warrnty on it.
Now and again i do have a quick play and will do a couple of doughnuts.I stress this is not very often and normaly in the wet.This has recently caused another problem with the front tyre scrubing on the inner wheel arch when on full lock under hard acceleration.Still running the standard wheels and tyre combination and standard suspension so its not been caused by modifications.It rubs enough to have worn a hole in the plastic.
Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this
