mystery button

Just picked up my evo 4 today, yaahhoooo its fantastic, can anyone tell me what the button/switch near the handbrake is for???? is it a water spray for intercooler?? sounds like it some type of pump workin?help please :-)

In my old evo 6 , in the boot was the ayc fluid top up , and window wash fluid , the intercooler water top up was in the engine bay , not sure if its the same on a 4?

ok found out that it runs from the wiper bottle, problem now is that one of the jets that spray onto intercooler is leaking so it drains the washer bottle :x thoughts anyone!!!!

was the button a case of hmmm what doee that do, should I press it, if I press it what will happen, should I press it when the car is moving..... oh the horror

The jets have a common problem of getting clogged, I just orderd some new ones from mitzi and hey presto no problems
