Expected Power + Other questions..

Hiya,

Just a few questions i`d like a few answers for please if you can spare the time :-)

Basically I`d like to take my car to a tuners in the next few weeks to get my boost and fuelling set-up @ around 1.3 bar of boost, which is generally regarded as the max pressure to run on an evo 4 is it not?

I have a few power related modifications done to the car, HKS Cat-Back Exhaust, Uprated Tubular Manifold (unsure of type), HKS Ind Kit...erm I think thats it.

I`ll be using a HKS EVC boost controller and a Fields sfc-hyper R Air/Fuel Controller.

What sort of power would I expect to get @ the wheels and flywheel with these mods at this boost pressure, and would I get any significant gains and would it be worth me getting a de-cat pipe?

Sorry about the long post, any advice and opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Trev

Hi Trevor

How are you finding the car?

Do you know if the car has had an uprated ECU?

Lloyd :-)

Trev, a tough one to answer mate.

Maybe someone who has played with a IV can answer?

But I would definately recommend a de-cat!!
