The plugs are NGK PRS7A, should i need to uprate trhem as i've upped the boost with the avcr? wot do you all reccomend/use?

Tom hun they are not the right plugs

You should be running NGK 8EIX or HKS S45G's

Let me know if you want some i'll send them over, in stock and ready to go hun

also the loose plug will have given you some funny running/noises.....................

personally would use the DENSO IW22 in most std'ish cars..........cheaper than most due to the fact that DENSO actually make them for a lot of "branded" tuning companies.................
