Still Overboosting

I had my Safc and Avcr set up on the rollers, hign boost was 1.2 bar and low was 1.0 bar, a couple of weeks after i cleaned the filter on my hks induction kit and the car decided it wanted to boost high at 1.3 bar and low 1.1 bar !!! I took bzza`s advice and re-set the avcr back to the original setting as before but it hasnt changed a thing !!!! HELP!!!

The problem is with you cleaning the filter its allowing more air flow through, so the AVC-R is picking up on this and raising your boost.

As Baz said you need to adjust the settings to sort it out, you may even need to adjust them lower than they were before even.

If you are unsure give us a call and Andy will talk you through it the best he can on the phone

Tina, my understanding of re-setting it is going back through the menu untill you get to boost setting, go in there and you see a graph, do i adjust that down as it says 1.0 bar all along? Also should there be any duty cycle on 1.0 bar?
