wastegate flutter ,

just a quicky lol ,
at the moment i'm running an atmospheric dump valve ,
i have tried the original rec bov ,and it makes very little noise ,
if i wanted large ammounts of waste gate flutter would i need an external wastegate ? can i run the 6 without a form of dump valve or will it make the turbine stall and fudge the blades?
thanks
samy

To get the wastgate chatter your after you need to get rid of the standard airbox for something like a blitz , apexi or hks filter . There is a few people that are runing their evo without a dumpvalve , with no ill efect on the cars , with this set up you will get the noise that you are after , it sounds better than any d/v any day .

The flutter that you are after can be achieved without an external wastegate.Does the car just have the filter or does it have the pipework to?I wouldnt recomend running the car without some sort of d/v.One of our suction systems that we use makes that much flutter it sounds like the pidgeons at Trafalgar Square
