E5 Missfiring / running rough...coil pack or somthing else?

Hi ya boys and gals

Out in the car last night, not going mad, only 1 bar boost and the car juddered at 3kish and now sounds like it only runs on 3.........very rough.

no smoke at all from exhaust.

Pottered it home and removed plugs (newish NGKs) they look fine, shone torch down plug holes and 1 2 and 3 are bone dry but 4 is wet as if there is no spark.

Tried another set of plugs.......still the same.....

Now, not too sure about evo's and coil packs, I have done a search and one guy had similar probs......people said:

coil pack
dodgy plug(s)
dodgy lead(s)
cam belt jumped a tooth

Our '4' is with Rich at RG getting a few bits done so cant swap the coil packs/leads etc over at the mo, should I wait and try that or is there anything alse I can check?

Also, if it turns out to be a coil pack, where could I get one and roughly how much would it cost?

Many thanks
Trev.

Sounds like it could be coilpacks hun, or possibly a coil lead. There are a couple of things you can check out.

Give us a call and Paul will talk you through a few options you can try
