dashlight bulbs

ok i've found this thread on how to change the bulbs

is it 1 bulb per dial ?
also should the mirror adjustment and acd switch light up as well ?

are there uprated bulbs you can get for the VI?
my dash lights are not overly bright
could this be a bad earth?
as the lights on my A/C unit are bright but when i switch on my lights it dims????

The ACD lights up, the mirror switch doesn't

I think there are four bulbs in there, but it could be three. From memory there is one to the far left, one either side of the rev counter and maybe on over on the far right.
