How do I tell if I have an aftermarket (or Ralliart) ECU?

I bought an Evo VI from Japan recently and the car has a lot of Ralliart bolt-ons, leading me to wonder if it has a standard ECU.

Can anyone advise how I can check this out - is it something I can do myself?

Cheers

What are you on Dave? :-?

If you take your ECU out there should be a serial number on it..

RA420996R1 is a Ralliart ECU

Drop the glovebox lid out, and take a look. The ralliart ecu has a white case (standard one is black), and will have the number Bazza posted above on it.

Dave - Calm down you grumpy old fart. :muhaha: :P
