serious wiring issues

with our evo vii we have no lights no intermittent wipers and no washers we at this stage have the fuse board looked at all the loom actually hand traced the wires back across the dash have had two donor cars at the garage to swap the module in the fuse box under the bonnet and both stalks at the steering wheel and basically any other parts we could plug out and swap they all worked perfectly when put into the other cars what are we missing?
