Headlights for Evo 1

Hey guys, so I just brought over an evo 1 from Japan to Canada. I need to get DOT approved headlights for it to pass my provincial safety inspection.
Does anyone know where I can find DOT headlights that will fit into an Evo 1?
It can be from another car as well, the 4th gen mitsubishi mirage looks close but I'm not sure, and I cant find any mirage's in the wreckers and a new set costs $500 CAD which is a lot to spend on a guess where I can't get my money back. Any suggestions for lights? lancer or other?

93-96 dodge colt (tons in the wreckers) 2 or 4 door
93-96 mitsubishi mirage 2 or 4 door
93-96 eagle summit 2 or 4 door

if you find a 4 door in any of the above, the tail lights are DOT/SAE
