Has anyone actually done business with them. Some persons are claiming that they are have been ripped off while other say they items took a long time to deliver. Other have had only good experiences. Any experiences here?

I took a look at there web site and judging by there help page and amount of different ways to contact them via either phone, email or live chat this tell's me that
they must earn a considerable amount or at least have enough customers placing orders with them to provide such services. I would think that placing an order with them should be okay judging on there web site and testimonals although you could always send them an email to find out more or give them chance to explain your questions to them before you purchase anything from them. Hope this helps in some way.
