Ok thanks, I guess as with everything else I just need to dso my checks to ensure or at least be comfortable that the seller is running a reputable business.

I have bought car parts off Ebay before without any problems, like the above post says always check the sellers ratings and feed back to get a better sense of trust

and to confirm that you more than likely will not get ripped off.

I'm never worried of getting ripped, my credit card company does it all, as for actually buying, i needed a special muffler once, and i could only get it off of ebay, so that's about the only incident I ever had with ebay and cars. but i buy a lot of other stuff! :P
