WHO KNOWS ABOUT MIVEC FTO'S???????

hey people, ok so its not an evo but my mates just bought it an hes in love an mivec fto gpx, just wondering if anyone knows how much power we can free up doin the simples (exhaust,filter,remap ect) can the standard ecu be remaped, can the mivec sequence be lowered/raised like hondas v-tec by using a controller?? the car is a 95 with a great engine only 66000 on the clock an is ripe for molestation in my opinion , your feedback will be greatly appreciated as ive hardly done any work on these cars never mind modifyin them thanx
