Stereo install question

Are there any evos that are easier than others, when trying to install a new stereo that you dont need to take the full dash board apart, or is this just something I stuck doing? I want one bad, but it has to have a good stereo system in it.

To my knowledge if you have to do it in that model you are looking at you will most likely in all models unless they have made major changes to the newest models.

Pulling apart a dash is not the worst thing in the world, unless you manage to break it during the change over that is. Many are simple to do now, so don't bee too worried.

On the VII, VIII & IX it's only a 5 mins job to pop the surround out. I've worked on some that are more difficult.
