95 in and 99 out they say for 60 quid and lasts ages.

Put simply mate IT'S BOLLOX!!

You can't make a silk purse from a sows ear mate. You can't turn lead into gold. You can't turn water into wine, and you can't get 99 from 95 in the real world

Does anyone know what's in them?

I'd guess that you could put fuel through some kind of catalyst to change it. I could make some carbon tubes to change 98 to 95 ron, any takers? only £50 each at members rates.
