turbo elbow

a have just orderd a turbo back system and a turbo elbow off ebay,(where does the turbo elbow go before or after the turbo? did i need the elbow? or does the downpipe fit on the turbo????? :???:

The elbow will attach itself from your housing to your downpipe, just to be aware though the 4,5,6 elbows are different on the 7,8,9
