what manufacturer made the sound system for the Evo I... mine came with no HU, and I went to Halfrauds to get the adaptor lead for it to fit my Kenwood HU but it was the wrong one.

Anyone had experience with this thanks

theres 2 different types of adapter
i think 1s a brown type the others white
you need to get the right 1
or its the white 1 is in one block
and the brown is in 2 blocks

I could'nt get an adapter that fitted so just when through the wires to find out which ones
went where..

I have the speakers wire colours wrote down..

Front left - white and blue/blue and black

Front right - white and red/black and red

Rear left - grey and black/yellow and black

Rear right - grey and red/ yellow and red

I think thats right mate just easier to cut the wires then replace them with bullet connectors..

yes there is one available but no-one stocks it so its special order and it takes weeks.i did the same as daz cut and crimp.much quicker.
