ok here goes, I own a early evo cd9a. My battery went flat on me after it standing for a week so i jump started her and all was fine until i turned her off and tried again.....nothing, car completely dead.

replaced battery and checked fuses to find big yellow 80a alternator fuse blown. replaced it, everything started working again eg: int light, centre hud, fans. but..........

i have no ignition lights!!!!!!! INFACT the only lights that work on my console are : door open and main beam ??????? even my indicators don't work. no relay click either. although they do flash with the alarm ?

ignition barrel lights up and beeps when keys left in but when i try to start the car everything goes dead and nothing happens ?????????

Have you got a turbo timer ? if so disconnect it from the ignition barrel.

Check all fuses inside the car and the ones under the bonnet.

as stated above check all fuses.

when i rewired my whole car if one thing wasnt plugged in i.e hazard light switch the sterio, clocks, lights etc... wouldnt work.
