Exclamation Making my EVO VI RWD!!!

Hi people. I need a hand. Im taking it upon myself to make my EVO 6 RWD. (please dont lectuare me about buying an EVO cause its 4WD and now im ruining it, I bought it cause it looks phat. And now i wana go sideways)(who doesnt) . Anyhow. I have the gearbox off at the mo caues im replacing the synchros etc. I need to no what to do to make it RWD. I read online the Output shaft needs to be modified and the splines that drive the front wheels needs to be shaved off?? But thats all I no. And i dont know what splines to negate. Any pics or help from anyone who has ever dont this ? I have several workshop manuals but just wanna make sure im doing it right befire i get stuck in. The only online info are kits from RMR. WHich i cant buy anymore anyways.
