Centre Diffs Manual Vs Auto

Does anyone know if the centre diff assemblies are physically interchangeable.

The reason is that I have an Australian AWD magna - this has EVO VII Automatic running gear.
I now have a manual gearbox, BUT the centre diff is the wrong ratio.
Hance the interchangeability question.
