Evenin all. Anyone know roughly how long it should take a reputable garage to change the AYC diff on an Evo VI?

I would say it is like all things when working on cars it depends how hard that last bolt is to get off.

is it just the diff or more bits as well?

Cheers for the replies. Hopefully the AYC just needs a flush, just preparing myself for the worst and getting an idea of costs and labour involved if the flush doesn't solve the screetching.

My diff started skwarking really bad about 18 months ago mate and it took 4 flushes before it cleared,i was lucky that the evo specialist i use was determind to sort it without riping me off for a new diff and its never murmered since so make sure you percist with a few flushes before the last resort of a new diff

Cheers Mark. I'll take your advice and percist with a few flushes first. Did you have all 4 flushes done in the same day?

Hi

BTR in Castleford told me it'd be roughly 2hrs. Depending on state of bolts etc.
