Best Gearbox Oil
hi guyz,
just need abit of advice really. im gettn my exedy cluth fittd 2moro so i thort i'd get all the oils changed aswel, which would be the best gearbox oil to use ?? nice 1

we have used sylktrans and millers crx in our box m8 the sylk is nice but not as quite as the millers.if you are doing rear diff as well dont forget to use mineral limited slip diff oil,oh and we use millers in the transfer box as well,hope this helps you m8

I think everyone has there prefered oils to be honest. Depending on the condition of you box. I use castral syntrax universal which was advised by two people (one a company) that race these with std box. I then use a tube of molyslip that helps eliminate crunching. Mine does not crunch but still put it in.
Tranny i use Silkolene silktran 5 and diff use Motul lsd oil as rear diff is limited slip dif.

The only oils I run in my car throughout are Silkolene from Opie Oils, nuff said

We use Silkolene and Millers
