Strange noise evo 3

When i stand still and turns the wheel nearly all the way to the right and then starts to reverse a "boom" sound apears somewhere under the car sounds like some transmission sound too me or drive shaft problem (bad english) but something in the drive area. The same sound apears when i stand still and turns the wheel all the way to the right and turns direct and start driving on first gear. What can it be who sounds like this?

IT dosent sounds anything when you drive normaly with speed and turns or accelrate.

The only thing who is bad from the UK MOT that they sayd who i havent change yet is the "left track-rod end is bad and need replacing" can it be that thing who makes the strange "boom" noise when i reverse and turns the wheel or start on first gear and starts turning direct. funny is that the sound only apears one time then no more but its not a nice sound for my ears.
